Workouts are challenging and I like having something to follow. Tracking your food is very important and helpful to recognize what you’re actually eating.

With this program, we will be focused on fat loss, while you will still maintain and/or gain lean muscle mass for a fit and toned look and feel. We will do this by cycling our macros to strategically match our daily workouts.
